Great Plains Manufacturing is seeking a highly skilled ADP Administrator to join our Human Resources team in Salina, KS. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching ADP features to create efficiencies in Human Resource processes, maintaining the ADP system, and creating and delivering management and leadership ADP reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and manage reports out of ADP to assist Human Resources, Management, and Leadership.
- Work with HR Departments to utilize ADP services to full extent.
- Research options to track Time to Fill positions in ADP Recruitment.
- Manage the employee review processes in ADP, quarterly and annually.
- Research and create new Hourly Performance Evaluation forms in ADP to create efficiencies for the supervisors completing the forms and provide development feedback for employees.
- Research goal tracking system in ADP to explore viability to track annual goals in ADP.
- Research Succession Planning platform to understand features and explore if this platform would support Succession Planning process at Great Plains Mfg.
- Research training recordkeeping software to explore adding Leadership Development Training and Safety Leadership Training participation to replace the current manual process.
- Manage the hourly employee Attendance and Perfect Attendance programs.
- Oversee document storage in ADP for employee records.
- Trouble shoot issues in ADP and work to resolve them.
- Assist employees when they are having issues logging into ADP.
- Create reports out of ADP upon request.
- Oversee the Cintas Uniform payroll deduction program.
- Oversee the Boot Reimbursement program.
- Develop the ADP Analytics to assist managers and leadership.
- Review information in system for accuracy.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 - 5 years of experience using ADP or similar HRIS software and in Human Resources record keeping of confidential information.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel spreadsheets to include formulas and pivot tables.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential data and information.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
