Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Representative to join our team at Paychex. As a Sales Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with assigned bank partners to drive business growth and revenue results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed unit and revenue expectations by presenting Paychex products and services to final decision makers and end users within assigned territory and client size.
- Schedule appointments and visits with assigned bank branches to secure referrals and drive business growth.
- Presents to bank partners on Paychex products and services to educate and build value in the partnership.
- Analyze customer needs and interests to determine which products are appropriate and refer to the appropriate party when necessary.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems or complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
- Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports by agreed-upon dates set by Sales management.
- Partner with other sales divisions on a team selling approach for referrals over 49 employees to increase client/prospect experience and revenue results.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma - Required
- Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
- 2 years of experience in a relevant sales/marketing capacity
- Valid Driver's License - Required
Compensation:
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the compensation range for this position is typically between $60,000 - $100,000. This range includes base pay plus commissions but does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
