Job Title: Senior Virtual Product Curator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Virtual Product Curator to join our team at Cella. As a key member of our digital product team, you will be responsible for curating and translating physical products into virtual assortments for digital gaming stores.

Responsibilities:

* Curate and translate physical products into virtual assortments for digital gaming stores
* Lead the visual merchandising and segmentation strategy for virtual products across gaming retail ecosystems
* Participate in product and merchandising seasonal gates to align on virtual assortments
* Coordinate product representation across genders, product types (Footwear, Apparel, Accessories), and brands
* Manage multiple internal and external projects, maintaining timelines, approvals, and urgency in project execution

Qualifications:

* Experience level: Experienced
* Minimum 5 years of experience
* Strong knowledge of gaming and virtual consumer behavior, including digital purchasing trends
* Experience in merchandising and marketplace management within virtual spaces
* Inclusive team player with excellent communication skills and adaptability
* Proven ability to influence and push through barriers to launch products
* Proficiency in Keynote, Excel, and Outlook; experience with scanning and transferring dimensional products into digital files
* Passion for sneaker culture, sports, and an understanding of athlete and community motivations
* Digital mindset and full understanding of how to connect with consumers digitally
* Experience in buying and merchandising consumer products like footwear, apparel, or equipment
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and project calendars
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
