Job Title: Business Operations Analyst

Russell Tobin is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst to join their team in Beaverton, OR. This is a 6+ month contract position with the possibility of extension.

Job Summary:

The Business Operations Analyst will partner with teams across Global Technology and Client to drive business growth and efficiency. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage leadership events, including planning and production
  • Develop and edit documents, briefs, and other communications for executives
  • Assist with project management of team initiatives
  • Support the development of strategic and operational plans for the department
  • Curate resources and conduct research to inform business decisions
  • Track team metrics and create mechanisms for data analysis
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or project management
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work effectively with senior-level executives and team members
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
