Job Summary

Nike is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Merchandising Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Commerce team, you will be responsible for adapting and curating consumer-right assortments with end-in-mind for the Nike Direct Digital business.

You will use historical data, analytics, and real-time market feedback to advise the future while winning today. This role is responsible for mentoring the daily work of individual contributors within a structured coaching framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute seasonal assortment plans that meet consumer demand and brand strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure assortment plans meet consumer demand and brand strategies
• Participate in seasonal buy reviews and in-season trading to influence actions to optimize growth with critical partners
• Mentor and coach individual contributors within a structured coaching framework

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
• 5+ years of experience in footwear or apparel buying and/or merchandising, product creation, and/or retail in a vertical, multi-brand, or digital environment
• Understanding of common retail and/or digital profit-based metrics such as sell-through, turn, ASP, UPT, and others
• Ability to travel up to 20%
