Client Partner, Alliance Sales Director

Infosys is seeking a seasoned professional to join our Financial Services team as a Client Partner, Alliance Sales Director. This role is responsible for managing and growing strategic partnerships with key ISVs and technology partners.
Key Responsibilities:- End-to-end ownership of alliance relationships, ensuring successful collaboration between Infosys and its partners.
- Engaging with sales teams to communicate Infosys' capabilities and identify target accounts for various services, mainly around Risk & Compliance, Regulatory Technology, Cards & Payments, Capital Markets and Banking.
- Coordinating with sales leaders to manage the alliance pipeline and ensure alignment with sales goals.
- Developing go-to-market strategies and providing technical and sales support to ensure successful positioning of solutions to customers.
- Acting as a bridge between Infosys and partner teams for specific account-level discussions and engagements.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- At least 7+ years of experience in alliances, sales, relationship management, or account management.
- Proven experience in managing alliance relationships and executing go-to-market (GTM) plans.
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills, with experience in integrated solutions and partner-based selling.
- Familiarity with industry-specific go-to-market solutions and experience with RFPs/proposal responses.
- Significant business development and project management experience.
- Track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of industry-specific go-to-market solutions.
- Good understanding of industry-specific business issues and drivers.
- Global Delivery Model experience.
- Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams.
- Track record as an Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship.
