The Arcadia Family of Companies is a leading provider of senior living services, committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents and clients. As a Receptionist at 15 Craigside, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, determine the purpose of callers, and forward calls to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Welcome on-site visitors, determine the nature of their business, and announce them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Monitor visitor access, including surveillance cameras and radio transmissions, to ensure a safe environment.
  • Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, faxing, correspondence, reports, and collating.
  • Maintain a daily log of activities and issue company keys to authorized personnel.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a professional demeanor.
