At First Citizens Bank, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Liquidity Advisory team. As the Head of Liquidity Advisory, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall business strategy for our liquidity solutions, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the overall business strategy for liquidity solutions, including goal setting and distribution execution.
  • Recruit, manage, and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and skills training to maximize effectiveness.
  • Oversee the coordination with various partner groups, including bankers, portfolio managers, and client service.
  • Lead the sales team by providing consistent feedback on successes, challenges, and requirements for success.
  • Maintain overall general management responsibility for the sales function across KPIs, HR, and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years in sales management with a focus on asset management, banking industry, and/or cash management.
  • BA/BS or (HS Diploma or GED with an additional 4 years in banking or asset management).
  • Preferred: MBA, CFA Designation, or other investment product training.
