- Oversee the preparation of vegetable accompaniments for various protein dishes.
- Contribute to the creation of a dynamic tasting menu that evolves daily.
- Ensure precision in cooking techniques, including Whole Roast, Quick Sear, Sous Vide, and more.
- Engage in minor butchery tasks and maintain teamwork across all kitchen stations.
- Communicate effectively with the Executive Chef and other team members to ensure timely service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in the kitchen.
- Assist in menu development and adapt to guest preferences.
As a member of our team, you are expected to:
- Act with integrity and uphold the values of Sparrow + Wolf.
- Provide welcoming and professional service to all guests.
- Keep workstations clean and organized, reflecting our restaurant's philosophy.
