Store Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Extra Space Storage.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer top-notch customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
- Greet and assist new customers, guiding them through the rental process and agreements.
- Maintain the facility's appearance, including sweeping, mopping, and performing other tasks as needed.
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members to achieve daily tasks and goals.
- May be required to run errands and travel to other store locations.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in software applications.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (except in NYC).
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
