Job SummaryThis role will work closely with the Tax Services leader serving clients in various industries, including Construction, Real Estate, Manufacturing, and Distribution. You will have the opportunity to work a flexible schedule, including 100% remote, 100% in-office, or a combination of both with a hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare complex tax returns
- Perform initial review of tax returns
- Assist with year-end and general tax planning
- Perform mid-level tax research projects
- Support all aspects of client services and foster client relationships
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Active CPA license or plans to pursue in the short term
- At least 3 years of public accounting experience in Tax
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Capacity to manage multiple projects
- Technical knowledge of tax concepts and the ability to apply these services to various client situations
- Personal commitment to the firm's core values - Caring, Committed, Continuously Improving, Confident, and Connected
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
