We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Graphics Coordinator to join our team at Placon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing graphic design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution of print production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming artwork from concept to production, ensuring all necessary steps are taken to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with clients to discuss and determine layout design, providing expert guidance on branding and visual communications.
  • Review and troubleshoot all design/artwork to ensure print feasibility and quality standards.
  • Meet with production team to discuss complicated artwork and potential concerns before production.
  • Inspect all new artwork to ensure consistency with customer requests and note any improvements necessary.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; experience with Adobe Creative Suite 6 and Microsoft Office 2011 preferred.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, computer, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in a manufacturing/production environment and knowledge of printing requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments, with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position in a fast-paced office environment. The successful candidate will be required to work with minimal supervision, handle multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
