SUMMARY The Marketing Coordinator works with the Marketing Department to provide administrative support and assist in marketing initiatives including the development and implementation of social media campaigns, creation of the company internal newsletter, and other duties and projects as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES. Support the marketing team with planning, implementing and monitoring marketing campaigns Write and edit content for different for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter). Assist with the development of social media campaigns. Develop, write and edit content for internal e-newsletter, using Canva. Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral. Help organize and maintain in-office inventory of marketing collateral and promotional items, including annual and periodic physical inventories as needed. Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends. Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs, as necessary. Support management initiatives and requests as needed. All other duties as assigned. Attention to detail with respect to writing and graphic design. Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Creative Cloud. Ability to travel. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE HS Diploma or experience in; marketing, communications, or closely related field. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend documents written in English to an above average competency. Ability to support proposal writing, reports generation, and general correspondence. Ability to effectively present information to internal or external clients. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure at an Intermediate level. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. REASONING ABILITY Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
