Job Title: Associate Director, Global Strategic Forecasting

About the Role:

Biogen is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Global Strategic Forecasting team. As a key member of our Commercial organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic forecasting models to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain global forecasting models to predict market trends and customer behavior
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them
  • Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Lead the development and implementation of forecasting tools and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage and develop a team of forecasting analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in strategic forecasting or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful forecasting models and processes
  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate complex data insights to senior leadership
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g. MBA, MS, PhD) preferred
