We are currently in search of a proficient and seasoned

Quality Assurance Automation Specialist

to enhance our quality assurance division.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in both manual and automated testing techniques, emphasizing the assurance of quality and dependability in our software offerings.

As a Quality Assurance Automation Specialist, you will be instrumental in the testing lifecycle, from planning and execution to defect identification and reporting, contributing to the delivery of superior software solutions for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to comprehend project specifications and formulate thorough test plans and cases.
  • Conduct manual testing procedures to detect defects, validate functionalities, and ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Design, develop, and sustain automated testing scripts and frameworks to optimize testing processes and enhance coverage.
  • Perform regression testing to confirm that software modifications have not negatively impacted existing functionalities.
  • Engage in exploratory testing to identify potential issues and elevate overall product quality.
  • Evaluate test outcomes and provide clear, concise reports on testing progress, defects, and overall product quality.
  • Work closely with developers to isolate, replicate, and troubleshoot issues identified during testing.
  • Continuously refine testing strategies, tools, and methodologies to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in software testing, with a concentration on both manual and automated testing.
  • Strong grasp of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in crafting and executing manual test cases and scenarios.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium or Win App.
  • Hands-on experience with programming/scripting languages such as Java, Node, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to work effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB Certified Tester).
  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or Git CI/CD.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, Java, JavaScript) and web application architectures.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
