Position Overview
We are in search of a proficient and seasoned Mid-Level Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to enhance our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust foundation in both manual and automated testing techniques, emphasizing the assurance of our software products' quality and dependability.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to comprehend project specifications and formulate detailed test plans and cases.
- Execute manual testing protocols to detect defects, confirm functionality, and ensure adherence to requirements.
- Design, develop, and sustain automated testing scripts and frameworks to optimize testing workflows and enhance coverage.
- Conduct regression testing to verify that software modifications do not negatively impact existing functionalities.
- Engage in exploratory testing to identify potential issues and elevate overall product quality.
- Analyze testing outcomes and deliver clear, concise reports on testing progress, defects, and product quality.
- Work closely with developers to isolate, replicate, and troubleshoot issues identified during testing.
- Continuously refine testing methodologies, tools, and processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software testing, focusing on both manual and automated testing.
- Strong grasp of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficient in crafting and executing manual test cases and scenarios.
- Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium or Win App.
- Practical knowledge of programming/scripting languages like Java, Node, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to function effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB Certified Tester).
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or Git CI/CD.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Understanding of web technologies (HTML, Java, JavaScript) and web application architectures.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
