Job Summary

As a Retail Sales Associate at Compass Group USA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain or receive merchandise, total bills, and make change for customers in a retail store environment.
  • Stock shelves, counters, and tables with merchandise to maintain a visually appealing store display.
  • Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to promote sales and drive revenue growth.
  • Stamp, mark, or tag prices on merchandise to ensure accurate pricing and inventory management.
  • Answer customers' questions and provide product information to support their purchasing decisions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
