Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Smart Foodservice Stores LLC. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, easy, and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, front end, and restrooms.
  • Restock shelves, process transactions, and perform other tasks as needed to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving shipments and stocking shelves.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
  • Minimum one year retail selling and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible hourly schedule, including holidays and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using general office equipment.
Working Conditions

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with exposure to outside weather conditions. The noise level is moderate, and the temperature varies throughout the store. The job requires standing, walking, and lifting, with occasional use of a ladder or working on an elevated surface.
