\About the Role

This is a hands-on opportunity to craft creative sourcing strategies, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, and build a talent pipeline that fuels our growth. Success here means being a creative problem-solver, an organizational whiz, and a pro at adapting to shifting priorities while meeting business objectives.

\Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all facets of the recruitment process, including sourcing, hiring, and onboarding new hires.
  • Consult with hiring managers to determine needs, review position requirements, develop recruitment strategies, source candidates, review resumes, and conduct interviews to ensure all positions are filled within established metrics.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to drive recruitment actions that support our culture of inclusion and diversity.
  • Build strong working relationships with managers and supervisors to develop proactive recruitment plans that meet current and projected staffing needs.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and strategies to recommend changes, create a more streamlined and efficient hiring process, and reduce overall time to fill.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

\Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Human resources experience in high-volume recruitment and selection-related activities.
  • Previous experience in the Mold industry or Industrial Manufacturing is an asset.
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of human resources management, including recruitment and selection concepts and practices.
  • Knowledge of and experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude that embraces change and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience working with word processing, database, and spreadsheet software and advanced MS Office skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
