Contract Administrator Job Description

4 Corner Resources is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Lake Mary, FL. This is a 1-year contract with a hybrid schedule, 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all contracts are in full compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date repository of all contracts and related documents.
  • Process contracts efficiently and in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance contract management efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the contract administration process.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with applicable regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure ongoing compliance, promptly addressing any discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify contract accuracy and completeness.
  • Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on contract-related matters.
  • Work closely with legal, finance, procurement, and other departments to support contract execution.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on contract processes and procedures.
  • Generate and maintain regular reports on contract status, performance metrics, and compliance.
  • Ensure all contractual agreements are accurately recorded and easily accessible.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits and internal reviews.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator.
  • High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is a plus but not required).
  • Proven experience in contract administration, legal support, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay and Hours:

$20-25/hour

Monday-Friday daytime hours, hybrid schedule, 2 days onsite, 3 days remote (onsite days flexible)
