Administrative Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Administrative Specialist to join our team at a public educational institution in Lake Mary, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with summer field trip processes and related issues.
  • Support the process and training of Health Services.
  • Contribute to the school readiness contract.
  • Manage account management and fee collection.
  • Participate in the recruitment and hiring process.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Three (3) years' experience in child care, including two (2) years' experience in child care supervision.
  • Knowledge of administrative computer applications related to departmental job functions.
  • Effective communication skills with personnel at all levels within the school system and the business community.
