Facilities Maintenance Technician I/II 3:00 pm - 10:30 pm
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in communication, reading, writing, and following both written and verbal instructions.
- Demonstrated understanding of custodial practices, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with the operation of equipment utilized in facility maintenance, including buffers, carpet cleaners, vacuums, and floor strippers.
- Must possess good health, physical capability, and dexterity; average physical strength with the ability to perform strenuous tasks; capacity to work from ladders or scaffolding.
- Demonstrated mechanical skills and aptitude necessary for the operation of heating, cooling, and sewage treatment systems.
