About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior River Engineering Project Manager to join our team in Seattle. As a key member of our river engineering team, you will have the opportunity to lead complex projects and collaborate with our business development team to drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead medium to large multi-disciplinary projects for fish passage design, stream restoration, hydrology and hydraulics, levee analysis and design, and flood protection projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring project success.
  • Collaborate with our business development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in river engineering to drive growth and innovation.
  • Mentor and develop early-career engineers, scientists, and consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development.
Requirements
  • A licensed civil engineer (WA state) with at least 15 years of progressive engineering experience.
  • Expertise in performing hydrologic/hydraulic analyses and design for large, complex river engineering projects.
  • Proven experience as a river engineering project manager, with at least 5 years of experience managing large river projects in the Pacific Northwest.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive project success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
