HR Assistant Opportunity
Location: Fairfield, Ohio
Employment Type: Contract with Potential for Full-Time Conversion
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, handling confidential information and performing complex tasks.
- Support and maintain various HR programs, including new hire onboarding, benefits orientation, and workers' compensation claims.
- Prepare and compile information for HR reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain employee and company records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Interact with internal and external customers, delivering excellent service and support.
- Assist with other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar administrative role, working with internal and external customers, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of HR-related terminology and practices.
- High School Diploma or GED, with a focus on organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting, with a strong understanding of company policies and employment regulations.
