The Job:

As a Fountain Worker, you will be responsible for setting the stage for guest experiences with your warm smile and exceptional service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will cherish long after their stay with us.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Take and place orders, and serve food and drinks efficiently
  • Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures
  • Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the front and back of house, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests
  • Pack and complete orders as per guests' preferences with any necessary condiments
  • Properly label and date products per safety and sanitation procedures
  • Perform opening and closing duties based on shift assignment
  • Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders to designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish products as needed in work stations, counters, tables, etc.
  • Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Knowledge of menu items, including mixing and serving beverages, standard beverage recipes, preparation methods, glassware, garnishes, products, menu items, supplies, and equipment
  • Knowledge of standard kitchen equipment, including, but not limited to, toasters, refrigerators, and coolers, slicers, and beverage machines
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Basic computer skills and experience with varied Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Able to handle multiple types of information and/or perform multiple tasks
  • Excellent customer service skills as well as interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
