About the Role:

The Part-Time Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora brand ambassador. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, exceeding sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our customers.

Our customers will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewelry. You will be the face of Pandora, showcasing our brand's values and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dare to exceed individual and store sales goals by building a genuine connection with our customers.
  • Embrace the store culture filled with passion for our brand, where team members shine as extraordinary brand ambassadors.
  • Create an unforgettable shopping moment that exceeds expectations, by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
  • Craft loyal customers by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
  • Uphold some merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth and on-brand operation.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • You can demonstrate you're a results-oriented sales professional with at least 1 year of experience in a high-performance sales environment.
  • You have developed a sense of care in your communication skills both written and verbal.
  • You know how to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
  • You are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  • You are able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pandora designs, manufactures, and markets hand-finished jewelry made from high-quality materials at affordable prices. Pandora jewelry is sold in more than 100 countries through 6,800 points of sale, including more than 2,700 concept stores.
