Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandise Coordinator to join our team at 24-7 Consultancy. As a Merchandise Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing operational support to our department, including placement grids, assortment management, and vendor base execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for the department, including placement grids, assortment management, and vendor base execution.
  • Maintain the department's range plan, including item setup, updates, and stage sets.
  • Handle purchase order creation, maintenance, and delivery tracking within the company database system.
  • Manage daily promotional price change entries and departmental promotion activities.
  • Oversee licensed vendor setup, PRRs, testing report collection, and general vendor communication.
  • Maintain product flow documents to reflect stage set and launch date changes.
  • Manage incoming samples, including archiving and storage.
  • Create assortment line sheets and obtain images and copy points needed for the website.
  • Coordinate rework directions to the Distribution Center for non-compliant or assorted SKU orders (NCI).
  • Work with the Distribution Center and inventory control to handle RTV (Return to Vendor) products as needed.
  • Troubleshoot to ensure the assortment is buyable and published, collaborating with guest services, production, site merch, copy, and photo teams.
  • Maintain and update the inventory chase log on a weekly basis.
  • Track inventory levels on dropship SKUs to ensure merchandise availability with the licensee.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Coordinator role (entry-level position).
  • Self-starter, motivated, proactive, dependable, and flexible.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Confident, yet willing to seek assistance when needed.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple initiatives/issues simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of meeting deadlines and handling time constraints.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships, collaborate, influence, and persuade effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Resourceful, innovative, and adaptable to change.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Keynote.
  • Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
