Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment and Retention Coordinator to join our Human Resources team at Educational Services. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent in the field of human resources.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Writing, or Human Resources and experience with project management, employee recruitment, and selection. You will be responsible for conducting employment-related research, managing content gathering and creation, and attending job fairs and recruitment events.

This is a full-time position working at our office location with occasional travel throughout the ESD service region. The salary range for this position is $79,289.60 - $96,470.40, with offers made at the entry level of the range. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
