Pro Coffee Gear is a rapidly growing coffee equipment e-commerce company based on our 20-acre ranch in Austin, Texas.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Coffee Technician/Warehouse Operations role for our team.

This will be a dynamic role that will cover several aspects of warehouse operations.

In this role, you will see a cross-section of warehouse operations.

This will include refurbishing espresso machines using our Pro Renewal Process, organizing and fulfilling shipments, taking product photos, ordering parts, and handling local equipment installations.

Requirements

  • You appreciate the art of making coffee and/or the engineering of mechanical systems.
  • Have previous coffee tech or auto tech experience or training.
  • Be able to accurately observe and debug cause and effect relationships in mechanical systems.
  • You have previous customer service experience or training.
  • Take part in an international team.
