At Schindler Elevator Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Repair Field Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance and repair team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective repair of our elevators and other building systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical solutions to ensure the quality and safety of our elevators and other building systems.
- Supervise and manage a team of technicians to ensure the timely and efficient completion of repair and maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that technicians have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that customer needs are met and that sales targets are achieved.
- Ensure that all repair and maintenance work is carried out in accordance with company quality and safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the elevator industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
