We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to join our team at Food Lion. Key Responsibilities- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping and cleaning floors, cleaning and organizing the store mop room, and performing weekly cleaning of Produce, Market, and Deli Departments.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Food Lion's standard practices and guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and ensuring a fast, friendly, and accurate shopping experience.
- Collaborate with other associates to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to use technical information to solve problems and make sound judgments.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.
This position requires standing 100% of the time, frequently walking short distances, and performing repetitive hand and arm motions. The associate must be able to tolerate working in extreme hot/cold temperatures for up to 20 minutes at a time and have sufficient visual ability to check ID cards, checks, invoices, and other written documents.
