About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Extended Care in Anchorage, AK. As a Primary Care Nurse, you will work collaboratively with a Cottage nursing team to provide high-quality care to our elderly patients.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments, assist with care and interventions, and supervise team members.
  • Monitor the implementation of care plans and coordinate referrals to other healthcare team members, families, and physicians.
  • Promote a resident-directed care model, utilizing the environment and care model to enhance quality of life and a sense of belonging.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
