Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Chimes. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in clerical work, including administrative duties. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a valid CPR/FR certification preferred. Knowledge of typing, filing, and office procedures is essential, as well as proficiency in software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

This role involves a range of tasks, including:

  • Administrative Duties
  • Filing and record-keeping
  • Typing and data entry
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Preparing and sending correspondence

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $19.08 per hour, based on industry standards and location.
