Recruitment Specialist

Pump.co is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruitment Partner to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for driving our hiring strategy and executing a plan that aligns with our ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive hiring plan that meets our business needs and growth targets.
- Source top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and proactive headhunting.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
- Streamline processes to create an efficient and scalable hiring process that supports high-volume recruitment without compromising on candidate quality.
- Ensure all candidates have a positive experience, regardless of the outcome, reflecting our company values of proactivity, unity, merit, and playfulness.
- Utilize analytics and data to monitor recruitment metrics and continuously optimize the recruitment process.
- Craft our employer brand narrative to ensure Pump.co is represented as a company where people want to work and grow.
- Proven experience in high-growth recruitment, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
- Ability to manage multiple roles at once and meet aggressive hiring targets.
- Strong sourcing skills, with knowledge of how to find the best candidates beyond just job boards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline hiring.
