About the Role

Pump.co is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruitment Partner to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for driving our hiring strategy and executing a plan that aligns with our ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive hiring plan that meets our business needs and growth targets.
  2. Source top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and proactive headhunting.
  3. Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all candidates.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
  5. Streamline processes to create an efficient and scalable hiring process that supports high-volume recruitment without compromising on candidate quality.
  6. Ensure all candidates have a positive experience, regardless of the outcome, reflecting our company values of proactivity, unity, merit, and playfulness.
  7. Utilize analytics and data to monitor recruitment metrics and continuously optimize the recruitment process.
  8. Craft our employer brand narrative to ensure Pump.co is represented as a company where people want to work and grow.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in high-growth recruitment, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
  2. Ability to manage multiple roles at once and meet aggressive hiring targets.
  3. Strong sourcing skills, with knowledge of how to find the best candidates beyond just job boards.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  5. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline hiring.
  6. Passion for people and building an exceptional team.
