Job Title: Recruitment Account Executive

At Unreal Gigs, we're seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering tailored recruitment solutions, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all recruitment needs.
  • Tailored Recruitment Solutions: Develop and deliver customized recruitment strategies to meet client needs, whether for permanent hires, contract staffing, or specialized roles.
  • Account Management and Growth: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaboration with Recruitment Teams: Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure that client needs are aligned with talent sourcing efforts.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contract terms with clients, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial.
  • Client Advocacy and Support: Act as the voice of the client within the company, advocating for their needs and ensuring that internal teams are delivering results.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze account performance metrics, such as client satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Client Relationship Expertise: Proven ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships, with a proactive approach to understanding client needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Recruitment Knowledge: Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, candidate evaluation, and placement.
  • Account Management and Growth: Experience managing client accounts and driving business growth through expanding services and building long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiation Skills: Experience negotiating contracts and service agreements, ensuring that terms are favorable for both the client and the company.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, recruitment teams, and leadership.
  • Problem-Solving and Client Satisfaction: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve client concerns quickly and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
