Position Overview:
The role of the Server is essential in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and delightful dining experience. You will be responsible for providing attentive service while creating memorable moments for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to established company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive demeanor with every guest interaction.
- Confirm your work schedule with the Manager on Duty (MOD) weekly.
- Possess thorough knowledge of menu items and special instructions as directed by management.
- Process all beverage orders in compliance with state regulations.
- Wear the designated uniform, ensuring it is clean and well-presented.
- Document any liquor, beer, or wine exchanges accurately.
- Restock necessary supplies before, during, and after your shift.
- Review all relevant paperwork from management for accuracy.
- Track consumption and submit reports to the MOD at the end of your shift.
- Communicate inventory needs effectively with the MOD.
- Support fellow team members to ensure efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness in all service areas in accordance with health standards.
- Conclude your shift with approval from the MOD.
- Provide exceptional service by greeting guests promptly and courteously.
- Stay informed about beverage specials and menu offerings.
- Understand and comply with all applicable laws regarding alcohol service.
- Accurately input orders into the POS system.
- Coordinate the delivery of food and beverages.
- Restock and replenish items as necessary.
- Prepare guest checks and process payments accurately.
- Utilize appropriate language and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Set up reservations and events as directed by supervisors.
- Participate in pre-shift meetings to ensure readiness for service.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous serving experience is preferred.
