Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Primary Responsibilities:
- Fulfilling operational needs by working efficiently during peak periods
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and quality
- Using hand and power tools to repair and maintain equipment
- Conducting routine checks on machinery to prevent malfunctions
- Addressing mechanical issues promptly and effectively
- Maintaining accurate records of equipment maintenance and performance
- Collaborating with the production team to optimize workflows
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Certification/degree from a technical or trade school
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Proven background in maintenance repair and preventive measures
