About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Director of Operations to join our team at Brookdale Senior Living. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational execution of our community, ensuring the highest level of service and care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage occupancy and monthly financial performance for the property
  • Maintain positive working relationships with all residents, resident family members, employees, and the business community
  • Supervise, direct, and motivate staff, ensuring superior training and morale
  • Administer annual resident satisfaction survey and execute renewal program with existing residents
  • Develop and maintain a positive image with the community, representing the facility and the company to governmental agencies, professional organizations, and other public agencies/groups
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Gerontology, Business, or other related field
  • Minimum two to four years proven management experience in retirement housing, hospitality, or health care
  • State license as a nursing home administrator and/or Assisted Living License
