Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of front-end and service desk/kiosk associates to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure efficient operation of the front-end and service desk/kiosk areas.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety standards and regulations.
  • Process customer transactions, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other store departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or food service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in retail or food service.
  • Knowledge of store operations, including inventory management and customer service procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
