Residential Care Medical Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Residential Care Medical Assistant (CRMA) to provide exceptional care to our residents on the Residential Care Unit. This is a full-time position, requiring a 6:45am to 7:15pm schedule, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments to residents as ordered
Provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with their assessment and service plan
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
Active CRMA and PSS or CNA certification (CNA can be inactive)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
