Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our expanding construction team. This role involves assisting the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing various construction projects while adhering to budget, timeline, and scope requirements. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and advance within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Project Manager throughout all phases of the project to ensure successful completion.
  • Coordinate project tasks and deliverables, ensuring compliance with established standards and specifications.
  • Continuously monitor project progress and provide detailed reports on milestones and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure project success.
  • Promote a culture of safety awareness and ensure adherence to safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to foster collaboration, identify challenges, and implement improvements.
  • Analyze and manage risks, addressing issues as they arise and escalating when necessary.
  • Assist in preparing project proposals, timelines, schedules, and budgets.
  • Participate in project meetings and conference calls as needed.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction sector.
  • Proficient in construction management software.
  • Familiarity with project management software is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, quality standards, and safety codes in the construction industry.
