At Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, we are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction phase of multiple projects at our St. Louis Plant.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the construction phase of multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Coordinate with project managers, design personnel, and construction contractors to resolve issues and ensure project success.
- Maintain detailed construction schedules, design document lists, and change order logs.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including OSHA 40 hr construction safety training.
- Collaborate with operations personnel to coordinate facility downtime and material deliveries.
- B.S. degree in Construction Technology or Engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years project construction experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of governmental requirements (FDA, cGMP, EPA, OSHA, etc.).
Most work will be performed in a manufacturing plant construction site setting. Travel to design firms or equipment vendors may be required depending on project assignments and specific phases of projects.
