About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Integrate Construction Partners. As a key member of our construction operations team, you will be responsible for managing our construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement project plans, including quantity take-off, conceptual and hard bid estimating, and subcontractor and supplier bid solicitation
  • Coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor and control project costs, including bid analysis and recommendations for award, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including master CPM schedules and 4-week look ahead schedules
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and conduct regular safety audits
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including weekly reports and project closeout documents
  • Collaborate with the Director of Construction Operations to develop and implement company-wide construction operations strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • 5-10 years of proven experience in project management, preferably on 10-$30 million projects
  • Commercial real estate experience in medical lab, civic/education, multifamily/student housing, industrial, or mixed-use is required
  • Integrated develop-design-build or design-build experience, and preconstruction experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the company and project teams in a positive manner
  • Ability to meet deadlines on multiple projects under different stages of progress
  • Fluent in Procore
