Educational Assistant - Student Support Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educational Assistant to support students with behavioral and mental health needs in a K-8th grade setting. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per yearResponsibilities

Assist teachers in implementing educational programs for students with diverse learning needs.

Provide individualized support to students with behavioral and emotional challenges.

Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and staff to promote a collaborative and supportive school community.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Psychology, or related field.
  • Ed Tech certification required.
