Occupational Therapy Assistant Role at MaineHealth

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at LincolnHealth Cove's Edge.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the Occupational Therapy Assistant will administer patient treatment plans, assess patient response, and modify treatment as appropriate within established guidelines. Emphasis is placed on enhancing mobility, motor, sensory, perceptual/cognitive, social, developmental, and functional skills.

Required Qualifications
  • Graduate of an AOTA accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Current applicable state(s) temporary/permanent license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant required or in compliance with the state practice act.
  • Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
  • One year of clinical experience preferred.
