We are offering sign-on bonuses for Clinical Nursing Assistants:

  • 0-1 years of experience: $2,500 (full-time)
  • 1+ years of experience: $4,000 (full-time)

Bonus amount prorated for part-time hires. Current MaineHealth members are ineligible; former MaineHealth members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Job Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant - Long Term Care role assists in the administration of nursing care to designated residents under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role performs a variety of direct and indirect care duties.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
  • License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date
  • Experience: Relevant experience preferred
