About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer this Medical Support Professional opportunity at MaineHealth Lincoln Hospital. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and are looking for a dynamic and supportive work environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, and relevant experience as a Medical Assistant is ideal.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting providers with patient care, rooming patients, and gathering information. You will also assist with minor procedures, contact patients with test results, and provide administrative support such as answering phones and making appointments.

Requirements

  • Education: High School diploma or GED preferred
  • License/Certifications: Current AAMA, NHA, AMT, or NCCT certification preferred or achieved within 1 year of eligibility
  • Experience: Relevant experience as a Medical Assistant preferred

What We Offer

MaineHealth offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid parental leave, flexible work policies, student loan assistance, and training and education opportunities.
