The Program Manager will be responsible for directing and overseeing the execution of various initiatives across Global Markets, including regions such as EMEA and Asia. The individual will not only lead intricate programs but will also manage a team of Project Managers within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the commercialization of significant projects, including new product launches and modifications, in partnership with Marketing, Product Development, Engineering, Compliance, Costing, Brand Design, and other relevant departments.
  • Facilitate high-level requirements discussions with cross-functional teams to define specific project goals, scope, and deliverables.
  • Create detailed project plans, processes, and workflows to ensure efficiency and successful execution, assigning appropriate ownership for all deliverables.
  • Engage in constructive discussions with various departments and management regarding resource allocation, scheduling, team prioritization, and project challenges.
  • Lead root cause analyses and mitigation strategies, while negotiating and resolving conflicts within teams and projects.
  • Proactively identify potential risks, inefficiencies, issues, and bottlenecks by collaborating with global cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct project meetings and monthly reviews, including developing agendas, moderating discussions, and documenting decisions.
  • Provide overall leadership, guidance, and management throughout all phases of assigned programs and projects.
  • Manage, mentor, and coach other Project Managers within the PMO Team.
  • Ensure Project Managers adhere to and comply with established standards and requirements within the PMO.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Over 7 years of proven experience in Project/Program Management within a consumer-focused organization.
  • More than 7 years of hands-on experience in product development and process management in manufacturing settings.
  • At least 7 years of experience managing multiple programs or projects involving cross-functional and international teams.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated understanding of product development and the impact of cross-functional processes on product launches.
  • Capacity to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Workfront is advantageous.
  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
  • Experience in both OEM and ODM processes is a plus.
