We hold our Certified Nursing Assistants in high regard and strive to ensure they operate at the peak of their capabilities, optimizing their skills and experiences.

Additionally, we have established a career development framework for CNAs, outlining clear pathways for advancement into nursing and other roles.

The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for delivering both direct and indirect nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, adhering to established policies and procedures.


Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of six months of prior CNA experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• A High School diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of a Nursing Assistant Program is mandatory.
• A valid state CNA license is required.
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training is preferred; CPI training is required for specific situations.
• Physical Requirements: Medium Work - Ability to exert up to 50 lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs constantly.
