We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Medication Aides to enhance our thriving community.

Position: Certified Medication Aide, PM Shift

Become a vital member of a team dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care to our residents in a luxurious and comfortable environment.

Under the guidance of a Licensed Nurse, the Medication Aide is responsible for the care and support of memory care residents, as well as the accurate administration of medications and treatments.

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Help maintain a safe and hygienic environment for residents.
  • Ensure residents receive adequate nutrition and hydration, providing assistance as necessary.
  • Promptly report any changes in resident conditions or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Adhere to standard precautions and infection control protocols.
  • Prepare and submit resident progress notes in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Current state registration as a Certified Medication Aide is required.
  • Basic understanding of communication techniques, infection control, safety measures, body mechanics, and age-related care differences.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
  • Completion of annual training is mandatory.
  • One year of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
